Carpet Stain & Odour Removal
Stain Removal
Speed is key in stain removal and the success rate can depend on the age of the stain. It can be tempting to use google DIY cleaning methods or even supermarket products but often these are too harsh or they can set the stain permanently making it even harder to remove.
Our advanced stain techniques can remove light to heavy stains from carpets of any material. If we cannot get the stain out, we have advanced techniques to repair, colour-correct or replace the stained area.

Our stain removal process
We first identify the type of carpet and its construction and the type of stain, there is synthetic carpets and natural fibres and even special categories for staining. Each different type of carpet and staining can require a different treatment method, this is the foundation of our advanced stain removal techniques (and a few secret tricks).
If that still doesn’t work, and the staining is stubborn or permanent, our trained technicians can apply our colour-correction processes and add colour dye.

Odour Removal
The first step to odour control is removing the source, unfortunately a standard carpet clean will not cut it in most cases as the issues could be deeper into the underlay or even further into your sub-floor. This all depends on the frequency, the amount, and the type of offending odour.
We can help with light to severe odours and contamination as we have seen it all before and have always been able to help.

Our odour removal process
We use advanced techniques and custom tools to extract the urine and odour causing molecules from the carpet underlay, without any carpet removal or replacement. This leaves the carpets with a refreshed, clean, deodorised odour, and no chemical smell.
Our experienced technicians specialise in solving difficult and permanent stain problems and we have a solution for almost any pet situations you may face.
*There are no guarantees all stains and odours will fully be removed depending on the severity of the stain and quality of carpet. Due to the nature of the odour, any light to moderate pet soiling is treateable with a high likelihood of the odour and stain resulting in being fully removed. However, if our technician identifies severe stainage from constant and regular pet soilage over a period of time (weeks in the same spot), it is highly unlikely these will be fully 100% removed. If these prove severe enough where the stain is deep in the carpet backing or reached the carpet underlay, we can treat it but this will not be a long-term solution and highly recommend the carpet will require replacement at some point. In the event that this may happen, we will bring this to your attention during the initial-inspection process and you will have full choice and control on how you choose to proceed further.
